1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use www.agmzn.com or order from Agarwal Enterprises online, on WhatsApp or by phone. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them. You must be 18 or older to place an order.
2. Prices and product information
- Dealer prices change through the year. Prices shown in the online shop are in Indian rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. For enquiries and quote lists, we confirm the price before you pay or before billing.
- Any delivery charge is shown to you before you pay. There are no other fees added at checkout.
- Product photos come from the makers or their dealers, and some products are shown as drawings. Specifications are typical for the product type; the exact model, rating and finish are confirmed before billing.
- If we list a wrong price by mistake, we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
3. Orders and payment
- An order is accepted when we confirm it or when your online payment succeeds.
- Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Cash on delivery and pay-at-store are offered where shown at checkout.
- We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or cannot be delivered to your pincode; any amount paid is refunded in full.
4. Delivery and pickup
Delivery areas, charges and timelines are shown at checkout. For store pickup, we keep your order ready at the store you choose. Please check items when you receive them and tell us about any damage within 48 hours.
5. Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty, on the manufacturer's terms. Keep your invoice — warranty claims need it. We help you raise and follow up warranty claims with the brand.

7. Electrical safety
Electrical products must be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician following the Indian Electricity Rules and IS 732. Choose wire sizes, MCBs and RCCBs to suit the load. We are not responsible for loss or injury caused by incorrect installation or use.
8. Using this website
- Don't misuse the website — for example by sending fake orders or enquiries, trying to break into it, or copying it in bulk.
- Brand names, logos and product photos belong to their owners and are used to identify the products we sell. The rest of the website's text and design belongs to Agarwal Enterprises.
- Tools and guides on this website (such as the automation lab and product information) are for general guidance only.
9. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Beyond those rights, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact our grievance officer first — we acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
